Professional maintenance performed every year on wheel bearings, brakes, hot water heater, furnace , roof, AC units, etc. New 6V/215 AH batteries last summer and we replaced LR rug area with matching vinyl floor tiles (extra tiles will be provided). We have used the unit for vacation trips only and have not lived in the unit fulltime. A few minor nicks and scratches but generally in excellent condition! We are selling due to a change in our future travel plans. This is a perfect “Luxury Condo on Wheels” for a couple to live fulltime, head to warmer climates in the winter, or travel to see the whole country!
