Lightly used Rockwood Ultra Lite trailer (maybe used 6 times), in great condition. Still smells brand new inside!
Original owner, purchased new from the dealership in Redding.
Tons of interior space with large slide out dinette and fold away Murphy bed.
It was kept in covered storage until 2018 and in uncovered storage since.

This trailer came with tons of awesome base features: entertainment system, exterior wall mounted/plumbed propane BBQ, exterior wall mountable TV (remove TV from inside), exterior speakers, outside shower, solar ready, powered tongue jack, powered awning, trailer camera pre-wire, plenty of storage.
In addition, we added almost $1500 in upgrades:
- Dometic porcelain toilet ($340)
- Wireless trailer back up camera/module ($150)
- A second deep cycle battery (both batteries are around 2 years old) and trickle charger, installed in a tongue mounted armored battery storage box TorkLift PowerArmor Locking Battery Box - 6V and 12V Batteries - Diamond Plate Aluminum - TLA7712R ($450)
- An Andersen weight distribution hitch http://www.andersenhitches.com/catalog/andersen-nosway-weight-distribution-hitch.aspx ($450).
- A second MaxAir vent cover ($45)

We will also include a like new sewer hose with fittings, and a fresh water hose so you can get on the road immediately!

Last year we invested another $2000 in it and had the appliances serviced, the roof inspected and sealed, the exterior waxed, the bearings packed, the brakes inspected and installed Goodyear Endurance high quality tires (we have maybe put 5 miles on them since). We had planned to take the trailer on a major road trip, but then ended up buying a motorhome instead so the trailer hasn't been used since, and now it needs to go!

Issues:
- On one nightstand, the adhesive has seperated on the edge piece. Should be an easy fix. See photos.
- On the front right exterior corner, the decorative plastic trim has cracked and come loose. Should also be a pretty easy fix. See photos.


Side note:
Our 2013 Mercedes GL350 SUV did not have the wiring for a brake controller, so we also have a wireless brake controller module ($300) available as needed (the Mercedes is also for sale for an additional $19,500, with 75,000 miles and was recently serviced).
