Our unit came with the Winegard Air 360 TV/AM/FM omnidirectional antenna installed. The original mattress was terrible so we tossed it and replaced it with a Layla Queen mattress which we love, so we will NOT BE INCLUDING A MATTRESS with this unit (spend some money on a nice one for yourself - the stock ones are always terrible!).
