FOR SALE BY ORIGINAL OWNER: 2016 Jayco Grayhawk 29mv in excellent condition. This model has an exceptional open floor plan with a large amount of storage space, both inside and in the outside bays. We have added many upgrades since purchasing it new, including a custom-made memory foam/cool gel queen mattress, slide toppers, comfort height toilet with sprayer, blue ray player, volume showerhead and more. It has automatic leveling jacks, keypad entry on coach door, black tank flush, seatbelts for 8, and a built-in pantry in the kitchen area. All service schedules have been maintained, and is an exceptionally clean unit. The exterior, as well as the high quality cabinetry, receive periodic waxing as shown in the photographs.

This coach has plenty of space even with the slides closed, which is very convenient at a rest stop. The bedroom also has a TV over the chest of drawers and a large two mirrored doors closet for hanging clothes. The unit also has a large amount of sleeping space, with a queen in the bedroom, a queen over the cab, a scissor couch, and the dinette which also makes into a bed. The large shower and tankless water heater are a definite positive combination.
Some of the exterior features include heated mirrors, running boards, outside shower and a large electric awning with LED lights. There are hookups for a propane grill and for using an extra TV outside that you may want to bring along.
