This Newmar coach offers you a size that is easily manuverable in both National and State Parks with all the luxuries you could want in an RV resort location. This Ventana is loaded with all the options you normally find on an upgraded Newmar model. All electric, with a full size GE residential refrigerator, a 900 watt solar system to keep you operating off the grid. The Oasis system provides all the hot water you could want as well as providing heat for those chilly nights. Two Dometic AC units upgraded with MicroAir EasyStart allow you to keep the motorhome cool even on 30 amp power. Separate washer and dryer units offer the opportunity to keep up with laundry while on the road.

The interior has recently been upgraded with new Ultraleather upholstery, modernized interior trim and hardware, and upgraded electronics featuring a Sony 43" Smart TV, JBL Soundbar w/subwoofer. Both interior TV's include a Roku streaming stick. The dash radio has been upgraded to a Sony digital unit that is both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatible. There is also an exterior TV. A Winegard Satellite dish and WeBoost cell signal booster will keep you connected. And the bat wing antenna has been replaced with a top of the line King Jack antenna.

The bedroom section of the coach also includes modernized trim with a wood plank headboard. And there is plenty of storage space for a wide selection of clothing options. In between the two main sections of the motorhome, there is a separate full size shower and a private bathroom.

Mechanically, this coach has followed a regular maintenance schedule at either a Cummins or Freighliner facility. Due to a road hazard issue isolated to the engine, it was replaced with a brand new unit from the Cummins factory by the Portland Cummins location in 2018. The new engine has only 12,000 miles on it.
