Very well maintained and extremely clean Pop Up trailer. Fleetwood/Coleman power lift system is great! The canvas is in great condition and has been lovingly cared for after each use. The heated mattresses and cushions have no rips or tears. The floor plan has a Queen bed at one end and a full-size bed at the other. It has two dinette areas that also provide additional sleeping. Each seating area has generous storage under the seats. It has a built-in refrigerator and heater along with a kitchen faucet with an electric water pump and a 3 burner indoor range. It also has an outside gas grill. With popouts, it measures 20ft 2". It is perfect for family camping. Our family is no longer in need of it. You will not be disappointed.
