2019 Highland Ridge Open Range listed for $76,874. We added over $6,000 of upgrades including washer and dryer, backup camera and gooseneck hitch (still have the 5th wheel hitch which will go with the trailer)! This RV has only been pulled a total of 4 times and a total of 836 miles since it was new! There is absolutely nothing wrong with this camper! It has been very well taken care of! Everything works like new! In fact it still smells new! This camper is a "Four Seasons package! It is built for extended living. The under belly is even heated and cooled so you don't have to worry about frozen pipes! It has 4 slides, king bed, mid bunkhouse. Great for kids and grandkids. Sleeps 8 to 10 if the upper bunk is used! If it is not used for sleeping it makes a great storage area. 50 inch tv in the living area with stereo and DVD player with outdoor speakers and also a fireplace! There is a 32 inch tv in the bunk room. Also the bunk room is where the washer and dryer are located! There is a sleeper sofa in the bunk room and a sleeper sofa in the living area along with 2 recliners in the living area. It has a table and 4 chairs for eating. The kitchen is equipped with an island sink area, a residential refrigerator freezer, a large microwave and plenty of storage in the living area and kitchen. Also plenty of storage in the king bedroom there is even a pet bed in the floor of one of the bedroom closets! It has 2 air conditioning units!
The camper has an outdoor kitchen with sink, stove and mini fridge. There is also a grill that attaches to the outdoor kitchen. A 20 foot automatic lighted awning covers the door and the outdoor kitchen area! The camper has 3 / 20lb propane tanks. I am including a $400 king antenna system. We added a WiFi power booster also! The backup camera is very helpful when backing up or even driving down the road! It has an automatic 6 pt leveling system it will level with the push of a button! The camper is wired for solar panels also! This camper pulls very well! There a few other items that will go with the camper also! I am developing some physical issues that come with age and am no longer able to handle the camper! If I was in better physical shape I would never even consider selling but that's not the case! The condition of this camper is as new as it gets without actually being on the sales lot!
