Excellent condition. Slide-out dinette, roomy, super clean, outdoor shower, heater, fan in the ceiling, stove, fridge, 2 propane tanks, electric lift, one queen bed, one king bed, sofa makes into bed and dinette makes into another bed. This unit has tons of storage! We had to special order this unit because we did not want a bathroom in the unit. The normal bathroom on this takes up a lot of valuable storage space and we think it is easier when necessary to have a porta-potty. We normally camp where there are showers and flush bathrooms. If camping where there are no facilities, we prefer to have a private tent and potty OUTSIDE of the trailer. Length open is 23'11" and closed the box is 12". It is super easy to tow.
