I'm the 2nd owner. Had it since 2009. 6 new tires, both batteries replaced in August 2020. Onan 5500 generator serviced in August 2020. Roof re-coated in February 2021. There is cosmetic damage to exterior and interior of driver side wall due to roof leak that has now been fixed. Needs new awning. Comes with kitchen utensils, cookware, bath towels, interior and exterior floor rugs, camp chairs, RV BBQ, leveling blocks. everything you need to hook up and go camp RIGHT NOW. Tanks are full of propane. You must have 3/4 or 1 ton truck to tow this trailer. Available to view Monday-Friday 4:30-6:30pm. Weekends subject to availability.
