** SALE PENDING ** Very clean unit, very comfortable! Features include: Flexsteel chairs, Onan 5500 generator, super fan, new JVC radio with CD player and satellite reception, 6 Firestone tires purchased October 2020 and have 10,000 miles on them, engine oil/filter change and tranny fluid/filter change completed last month (March 2021), trailer hitch.Lots of storage under the bed as well as under dinette seating, and plenty of cabinets. Main hanging closet is roomy - 36"x 55" and there are two shirt closets in addition. Previous owners relayed there may be issue with the awning - I did not try to use it, so I'm not sure what the issue is.
