This is a beautiful motor coach. The flooring is new January 2021. Has new furniture from February 2021. This motorhome has one of the best Floorplans out there. I removed the dinette set and I use a foldable table for eating. The table is big enough to where everyone 7 folks can use it at one time. The coach has solar panels that charge the house batteries during the day. It has a 22 gallon propane tank that will last you a long time if your camping with the rv self contained (no hook-ups). The city water and sewer flush lines have quick connects so that it is very convenient to use one water hose instead of two. The refrigerator runs on electricity or propane. The awning is electric as well as the driver and passenger sun visors. This is a luxury gas rv that has one of the best bathrooms when compared to any gas or diesel coach. So bring the family and come take a look. It's has the Ford V-10 engine F-53 chassis 360hp.

If you seen the pics before today (6/28) you would have noticed the back panel kissed a pole. That has now be repaired by J and L RV repair. They are a premier repair shop in the city of Fontana who does the warranty work for Thor, Tiffin and Forest River. So the body of the coach is back to being flawless.
