SALE PENDING: This is a 1957 Roll Away vintage/classic, all-wood interior, Travel trailer with modular furniture (i.e., you can move it around). This trailer has been a vacation trailer on an island in the Sacramento Delta near Discovery Bay, CA for a few decades. It needs a loving home for someone who wants to improve/restore it. There is some water damage under the sinks and in the left front corner where the skin separated, but otherwise, the rest is in generally good condition. The outside corner has been temporarily protected from further water damage via flex tape, but minor interior wood damage exists in that spot. Both original wooden screen doors and all windows are intact, but the screens need repair/replacement. The body is in generally good shape with just a few dings and dents and broken tail/running lights. It needs an awesome paint job to pretty her up! Access to physically see the trailer is by boat or bicycle only. Price is negotiable, but buyer assumes removal cost. Buyer must arrange and pay for removal via special access by a licensed and insured party.
