The fifth wheel was purchased back in Sept 2020 and has been in storage since the day we bought it. We bought to live in and our plans have changed but is brand new and never been used. We added a stackable washer and dryer before it was delivered to us from Camping World. This model is 4-season rated and perfect for full time living. Outdoor kitchen w/ mini fridge, full size refrigerator in kitchen. King size bed in master, pull out sofa in office, pullout in livingroom and loft area with matress. Auto leveling system and comes with everything to hook up utilities-which are brand new, still in the box.
