We have owned this trailer for a little under 3 years and have used it on only 8 or 9 occasions. We are selling it because camping is simply not our thing and it's just sitting on our driveway. The trailer has an incredible floor plan for its size. You will not find a trailer under 20 feet with this much room.

The bathroom takes up the entirety of the rear giving you a huge shower and comfortable toilet position. The murphy bed set up features a tri-fold memory foam mattress that tucks away behind a jack knife sofa. The kitchen area has a deep sink and 3 burner stove. Sadly, we never got the cutting board that goes over the sink, but there is plenty of space to cook and set up meals. The fridge is a large one and has a separate freezer - not like the ones found in many small RVs with one door for both fridge and freezer.

There is all sorts of storage space in this RV. I am not going to lie, it's not the easiest to access, but that’s me nitpicking. If you want storage space, you will find plenty under the jack-knife sofa and dinette seats. You will also find a ton of storage in the bathroom.

I've towed this with a 2018 F-150 with the 2.7 EcoBoost engine. For those that know, this truck configuration has a small V6 engine and a modest tow rating. My payload capacity is 1,555 pounds. With this truck, I've been able to tow the RV effortlessly with no sway whatsoever. I believe any half-ton truck or full size SUV will tow this like a champ; however, know your payload and tow ratings! Feel free to contact me with any questions!
