I am selling my adventurer, with a custom paint job. Clear California title, no liens! We got this to make a trip from Los Angeles to the north coast where we were relocating. The full intent was to spend the season coming up and many more enjoying the countryside, but unfortunately it did not work out that way. 

Below are the good and not of the rig.

The not:
- The awning needs replacing, does not currently roll out.
- The microwave is not functioning. 
- The AC works, but the fan only blows on high and only through defrost. Same for vent etc. assured it’s a vacuum line issue. 
- Small leak near entry door


The Good
- The inside is very clean, previous owners and us have kept it nice and clean. Pictures should show this.
- There is a new toilet, regular height, as opposed to the stock one that came with it,
- The paint job is in good shape, and has a great look on the road, with expected worn areas on the roof edges and such.
- There are 6 new tires, literally less that 200 miles, that should last for a long time
- There is hookups for a washer/dryer combo

The rig drives well, handles the road with no problems. The engine is strong, the generator runs great, the AC units on the roof are good, the heating system is excellent. It is a great unit and should be wonderful for a new owner. Sadly it would just sit in storage, indoor storage, for a longer time than any real use and that is not worth it to us.

I am definately willng to negotiate on price but will not do so unless you come see it. I have tried to adjust the price to cover the couple items needing fixing already.  If this ad is active it’s still available.
