This is an awesome park model. It comes with everything. It has a large deck with a roof over it so if it rains you can still enjoy. It has a 10*12 double wall vinyl shed. No need to paint ever! Its built on a 3/4 floor. Sight also comes with a nice size carport. On the back of the carport is a rack for 5 kayaks.
The inside of this unit comes complete with everything you need. A 55 inch tv in the livingroom and a mid size tv in the master. All appliances included. Full size stove and microwave. Large fridge. . Nice brick patio and sidewalk to the shared firepit. The upstaris loft is tall enough to stand in with your head down. This is a steal for the price. A new one is $67000 and you have to spend around $25 grand to set it up like we have. The pool is almost acroos the street. 3 Lakes at the campground. lots of fun stuff for kids and adults to do.
