Very comfortable beds (1 RV queen size with optional nice mattress topper, and the comfy pull-out couch). The dinette also can be turned into a bed. Two propane tanks with easy switch over lever. Power awning with LED lights. Diamond shield front protection, nice refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, 4 burner stove, TV attenna, CD player with external and internal speakers, shower, sink, toilet, skylight over tub, and fan in the bathroom, lots of storage under bed as well as in the through-storage at front of RV. Air conditioner/fan, power tongue jack, spare tire and tire cover, 2 axles. Cargo carrying capacity is 2178. 40 gallon Fresh Water, 26 gallon Grey Water, and 26 gallon Black Water capacity. Plenty of storage inside, including above the comfy sofa, above the sinks and stove, under the bed as mentioned, and in the 2 closets on either side of the bed. Good space to walk on either side of the bed (makes making the bed easier). Six nice windows for good breeze, including a HUGE window at the rear to watch the sun sets!

Only used about 6 times before family medical issues. Winterized, stored in pole barn duPowered by Tinyring winters. Pulled with a Ford 150. 30 amp. Plenty of extra items included (awesome mattress topper, sink dish rack, a set of sheets, chocks, sewer hose, etc).
