We are the first owner of this well maintained 5th wheel, nonsmoking no pets. We purchased it new and went full time for 2 years. My wife and I decided to move back to a fixed home and don't need this nice unit for occational use. I have done the maintenace myself. I have inspected and repacked the wheel bearings 3 times. I always inspect the full outer surfaces each washing. I clean and treat the roof with a Thetford cleaner/ UV protectant, which give a good reason to look for any sealent requirements on the roof every 4 months. I have maintenance records.
