Purchased new 4 years ago.  Single owner.  Non-smoking family.  Very clean.

Lippert solid step with hand rail for easy entry into 5 th  wheel
Dish auto satellite finder on roof to cut down on time looking for signal
7’ couch across back window purchased from Ikea
Porcelain sink and extended counter in bathroom gives you added room
Replaced dinette with collapsible and extendable table with 2 swivel and 2 folding chairs
Bonus TV in bedroom with DVD player
Dresser in closet to help keep your items organized
Replaced ceiling fan from 4 blade without light, to 5 blade with light for added circulation and brightness
5 th  wheel sleeps 5 comfortably, but there is room for more.  It is wired for backup camera, but camera is not included.  There is one air conditioning unit, but outside window coverings can lower inside temperature by close to 10 degrees when the weather calls for it.
