2006 Monaco Dynasty Platinum III – 40 foot - 105,000 miles – non-smoker. Excellent mechanical condition with 100% of all systems in working order. Includes all equipment manuals, wiring schematics, a complete set of detailed maintenance records including a fuel log, and all coach upgrades over the past 10 years. Recently completed major maintenance including all fluid/filter changes on the engine, transmission, generator, hydraulic system, Aqua-Hot, rear differential, and wheel bearings. This coach was fully equipped with many options when it left the factory as a Monaco show coach including a Vorad collision avoidance system, See-Vision 4 camera system with bedroom monitor, Aqua-Hot heating and hot water system, Girard automatic patio and door awnings and a queen air mattress with remotes. Over the past few years upgrades included a new Samsung RF18 residential stainless steel refrigerator, 46” Samsung 8000 series 3D LED TV up front, 23” LED rear TV, 700W solar array on the roof, full slide-out trays in all basement storage compartments. All the interior and most exterior lighting has been upgraded to LED.

This 40’ model is easy to maneuver in state parks and is equipped for dry camping with the large solar array, a bank of 8 - 6 volt AGM batteries and an 8KW diesel generator (1493 hours) with auto gen start. The bedroom is equipped with a separate small air conditioning unit that can run on the inverter for night time sleeping without using the generator.
