Other features include fireplace, half bath in back, ceiling fan, 30 gallon rear fuel tank with pump, three electric awnings, self-leveling jacks, and 5500 watt Onan generator with less than 100 hours.Garage is 10’ X 8' garage, drop down king bed and double couches, heavy-duty ramp, 3000lb payload, tie-downs, 30-gallon fuel tank for the toys, and a fenced ramp patio, you'll be able to bring the lawn chairs, pets, bikes, side-by-side and all your toys! Don’t let the short garage fool you, we fit our 80” tall 2014 RZR XP 1000 with no problems!New in 2020 – six new tires, new rear A/C with heat strip, new roof sealing/maintenance seal and a deep cycle battery.Slight damage to the right rear due to inexperienced spotter and couch/recliners peeling.
