We are selling our Keystone Montana 3611RL — 5th wheel RV. It is 38' and loaded. Has 6 point leveling system, auto-level, electric awning, outside shower, 3 slides, outside lights. Electric hot water heater, two AC units, full size private bathroom. Two flat screen TVs (Living room and bedroom), and fireplace in living room with sofa that pulls out to a queen bed. King size bed with extra large closet in bedroom, Washer and Dryer are in closet. Kitchen has island and a full size fridge with ice maker . Living room, kitchen, and bathroom have tile flooring, bedroom has carpet. Washer and dryer included. Sliding cargo tray and outside TV mount.
We purchased it new in 2016 and have used it only about 10 times. Only my wife and I have ever been in the unit and no one has ever smoked in the RV. Base Price was $63,465, total added equipment was $21,125 Totals $84,590 Plus Destination and Prep $2,000 makes 86,590 the dealer Discounted $9,893 so the final sales price new was. 78,697. I have included a copy to the “window sticker”
Since we purchased the trailer we have added the following:— Washer and Dryer— MORryde CTG60-2990W Sliding Cargo Tray (see Pictures) no crawling in to get thing.— MORryde TV40-010H Slide-Out and Flip Down TV Ceiling Mount (this mount was for a TV stored in the under area and used sitting outside under the awning) note: I have removed the TV and is not included.— I have a dish network receiver and a Dish antenna, if you want to use it I will include for an additional fee, otherwise I will remove cable as per your choice.— I also replace original TV antennas with a KING OA8500 Jack HDTV Directional Over-the-Air Antenna with Mount and Signal Finder. No more cranking up the antenna and it works great. Over 70 digital channels sitting in our yard here in Florida.
