- 7 New tires and Recent front end alignment.

- Complete exterior paint job. All decals and old paint removed by sanding or sand blasting. We used a marine grade primer and paint color is Seattle gray . paint can be purchased at west marine. All windows removed and resealed with 5200 marine grade permanent seal. Ford front end sanded, primed and painted in ford white single stage automotive paint. All aluminum sand blasted and zinc primed before painting.
- Completely rebuilt entry door with dead bolt.
- Complete new roof. Old roof removed. We sanded down all steel in roof and painted with an anti rust primer. We installed ½” marine grade plywood on top of steel structure. Installed EPDM roofing. All new trims and sealant installed around entire roof. all vents resealed. A/C unit resealed.
- Two new variable speed vent fans with thermostatic control installed in roof. One over cab, one in the bathroom.
- Generator, Onan microlite 4000 just serviced and runs great, very reliable.
- Rebuilt forced air unit with OE fan motor.
- New main electrical panel with 12v fuse box and converter.
- All new interior L.E.D. lighting upgrade.
- New kitchen faucet.
- New bathroom faucet.
- New shower head.
- New coach water pump.
- Fairly new 16’ electric awning. 6 years old. No tears. Has fabric protector when closed.
- New propane alarm.
- New parts and ignitor in the fridge. Runs on propane and shore power.

- All windows professionally tinted dark for privacy.

- Master bedroom remodel. This R.V. was original with four bunks in the back. We removed the bunks and created cozy sleeping quarters all out of maple. I built in place the closest for hanging clothes, a full extension drawer and a small set of shelves for personal items or clothed and towels. We included a new custom ceiling light and black out blinds on all four windows.
