RV Description

69,600mi, Chevy Workhorse 8.1 Liter V-8 Vortec engine, Allison 5-Speed Automatic Transmission, two slide outs, leveling jacks, sleeps 6, basement central air and furnace, with electric and gas heat vented through coach.

I am the 2nd Owner, great service records from purchase by the first owner in 2001 to present. Mechanically sound, some interior mods, lived in Full Time, solo non smoking dude with no kids or pets. Title in Hand. All systems functioning. Waterheater, gas and electric, water pump, tanks and monitoring systems, 30amp service, electrical load monitoring, house battery, engine battery, 28gal onboard propane tank, 3 burner stove and oven.

In my 2 years of living in this RV, every 2 months, I took the RV underway, to cycle all slideouts, jacks and engine parts. Entire roof replaced last year, "RV Armor" with lifetime warranty that transfers to new owner. I have vinyl skirting, the red bag in pictures, with pvc structure, that wraps around the entire RV for winter living. Propane grill, with 30lb propane tank with quick disconnects, Collapsible outdoor chairs and table, all silverware, plates, glasses and kitchen appliances, Queen size 12 inch foam mattress, with storage throughout the RV, blue Ox towbar that I towed my Jeep Wrangler with ease. The lot that I live on, which is south of Colorado Springs by 5 minutes, on Hwy 115, across from Fort Carson, can be transferred directly to the next owner, and has electric, water, sewage, trash service and a quiet park for a low monthly rent. With add on cheap but very effective 10/1 DSL Internet from CenturyLink.

Summary: This is compared to a 500sf 1br, 1 ba, house, with its own lot, and all systems running, with a new roof with a lifetime warranty, that I have lived in for 2 years. If you don't need the lot, this RV will go anywhere you want, I have taken trips to Grand Rapids and in the 5 hours around Colorado Springs.

I am sad selling this RV, but I will be retiring from the Military in this next summer and moving away from CO, so this fantastic functional unit could be yours, which is a more cost effective solution to living in a 2br, 1ba Apartment in Colorado Springs.
