The 36’ unit is well laid out with a rear living room and central galley, with the head and master bedroom in the front. As you enter the unit and turn left you have a 10’8” wide, 2’8” deep slide to the left containing the dinette and entertainment center. To the rear is an 80” tri-fold sofa sleeper couch with a queen bed. To the right is a 21’ wide 2’8” deep slide with the galley and two theater reclining seats. As you sit in these seats you view a 50” flat screen TV, with a sound bar, Blue Ray player and electric fireplace. The galley is equipped with a 20-cu ft domestic LG refrigerator, large 30” microwave, 3-burner propane stove and oven, double stainless-steel sinks, with solid surface covers and removable spray faucet. Large pantries and ample storage compliment this 5th wheel. Turning right at the entrance you climb a few steps to a spacious head on the left with a 60x30” walk in shower, with an integral seat, ceramic toilet, sink and ample storage. Straight ahead is the master bedroom, which has a 6’2” wide by 2’8” deep slide, with a pillow top king bed, large closets, washer/dryer hookups and a 40” smart tv with a sound bar. The unit is easy to keep clean with wood like floors and a central vacuum system. Additionally, you have two thermostatically controlled ducted Quiet AC units, a 35,000 BTU propane furnace, two MaxxAir remote controlled fans, one in the Galley and the second in the Head/Master Bedroom. With thermo-pane windows, heated storage areas below and 12-volt heated storage tanks the unit is 4-season capable. This unit is pleasant to travel and stay in whether you at a dedicated campsite or boondocking. When boondocking you are supported by 2-30# propane tanks for cooking and heating, 200 watts of solar panels on the roof feeding a second 2000-watt inverter. This inverter is connected to the living room TV, as well as the outside refrigerator and microwave providing the ability you use these items without shore power or running the generator. You also can connect additional solar panels to an external connector adding additional electrical production. The six 6-volt batteries are charged either by the tow vehicle while traveling, shore power while connected or the 200 watts of solar panels mounted on the roof. The electrical system is protected by whole house surge protection. While enjoying the outdoors you are protected by a 16’ LED lit awning and entertained by a stereo with outdoor speakers and the outdoor kitchen.
