*Unique Layout! This trailer has 2 living room areas, which means you decide what you'd like to use it as. You could have a main living room and a man cave or you could turn it into a second bedroom.
*The upper living room has 2 large closets on either side, with a secret storage compartment behind the tv and a connected half bathroom.
*The main living room has a center island, 2 Lazy Boy Recliners (which can be included dependent upon price) and a table with 2 chairs and seating bench with storage. (husband built this)
*Large capacity refrigerator and beautiful residential size gas stove along with lots of upper cabinets means you won't run out of storage.
*In the main bathroom was a large storage cabinet that you can see in the before photos marked “original”, however we removed to put our washer/dryer in. The area was already plumbed for it and we decided we’d like the washer/dryer rather than storage. (Our washer and dryer would not be included in the sale, we would be happy to leave the space open for your washer/dryer or you can add your own storage)
*Master bedroom has storage underneath the queen sized bed (our photos currently reflect our king size bed which fits but it was originally built for a queen size bed) and tons of upper storage above bed along with a closet that has built in pullout drawers.
*There is also a 1 year Platinum Warranty that is transferable to the buyer.
