The black tank has always been well taken care of and flushed on a weekly basis while occupied or left clean with water in it when unoccupied. All tanks are regularly flushed with vinegar and periodically with bleach (of course not both at the same time). The tanks are maintained with "Happy Camper" enzyme powder, which is an organic scentless treatment.

The fifth wheel comes with everything you will need to hit the road, including wheel covers, all the plumbing and electrical accessories and if you like, I will personally walk you through the unit and how to operate everything once purchased.
