This is a nice Coach! Coach is stored indoors with temperature control and power at NIRVC in Lawrenceville, GA. Coach has been throughly cleaned and sanitized after every trip(~10 total) before leaving the campsite thus it is in like new condition.

Details: King Bed, Residential Appliances, Outdoor Kitchen, Fireplace, Retractable 55" LED TV(3 LED TV's total), Theater Seating with retractable footrests, very open floor plan with retractable dinette, 2 A/C's with upgraded digital thermostats, W/D prepped, 50 Amp Service, Auto-start Generator, rear backup camera, side lane changing cameras. Blue OX tow bar and hardware included. Coach has lots of storage inside and outside.

The indoor storage is invaluable for us thus allowing our Coach to remain "like new" without the wear and tear from outdoor elements.
