You can read on the forums - most of the Dutch Stars built in 2014 and 2015 have issues with the upholstery. The faux leather is peeling ( see pictures) We have covers on the armchairs, however, the upholstery will need to be replaced at some point. There are many options for colors, layout, stitching etc. I am providing a $6000 upholstery credit for the new buyer. I will subtract from the agreed-upon price.
