Hi,im selling my rv simply because I don’t use it.initially I thought of converting to 4x4 but then I decided to give it a quality suspension lift/tires wheels etc for ground clearance to reach remote camping spots.in the process a group of our friends decided to start over landing with 4x4 trucks so I bought a f150 4x4 and my van just got sidelined.before I continue I want to thank the forum for all the info and to all of the members that always answered my questions and were so cool at the Silverado canyon meet up’s!

* the van will be ready in 30 days,I have an appointment for rhino lining,then bumpers etc need to be reinstalled

*known issues to fix is toilet water pump replacement,makes noise diaphragm must be junk or line kinked.plastic drain valve on one of the dual fresh water tanks needs replacement.the tire pressure monitoring light is “on” dash instrument panel because when I bought new wheels and tires from 4wp parts they failed to disclose to me that I should purchase new sensors for them to install.I had them make a note on my invoice that they would install for free if I purchased them at a later date.if new purchaser wants system to work I will provide invoice which promises free labor/balance on 5 wheels tire to install,”you” would have to purchase at about $75.00 each.I believe there is lifetime balance,flat repair,rotation on that invoice.there is also a small tire rub in front once in awhile because of larger tire which can be resolved with a trimming by new owner.
Non smoking,no full time living,no pets except for my dog on 1 trip stayed on dog bed.there are 4 seatbelts on back beach seats.
