This is a 45ft toy hauler with every option available. We have only owned this unit for approximately 1 year 3 months since we custom ordered it. Full body aggressive orange paint, dual pane windows, solar panel with 2000 watt inverter, 5500 watt Onan generator, extreme weather package, interior and exterior protection,  awnings on every slide out, side deck with access from living room and garage, back deck with sliding patio doors, back up camera, stackable washer and dryer, 3 interstate marine batteries, fireplace and 50” tv in living room  & side deck with a Thomas Payne 4 seat super reclining,heat and massage sofa. Master bedroom was converted to our kids room with a custom bunk bed, loft for extra storage or a teenager, 21cubic inch RV fridge, convection microwave, stove, soft close cabinet doors, iN·command system that controls everything with your phone or main panel. The toy hauler garage was turned into the adults bedroom. Above we have a residential sleep by number queen mattress that is lowered at night and raised during the day. ( We are keeping the bed) We are also including the MorRyde rear patio tent which is great for extra living space. The fireplace and love seat in the garage do not go with the rig.  I no longer have the happy jacks or bed frame for the master due to the conversion. We also no longer have the patio steps, due to being a pain to haul them around. They are really not needed because there is a front and back door. With the tent on the back deck, the steps would be for looks because you can’t enter it that way. I’m sure that I’m missing something. This is a must see and I’m sure that you won’t be disappointed.
