This RV would make a great vacation house or next family outing with its 4 slides, 18ft awning, 2 full sized closets, washer/dryer hookups, gas/electric fridge and freezer, gas/electric heat, eletric AC, large under belly pullout drawer, and additional Cellular Antenna. I purchased as a first RV, and found out after that RV's are not for me. The cellular antenna is a WiFi Ranger Denali for the outside and a Spruce for the inside. Priced under Nada value. Sewage hoses, water hose, 2 50ft 50amp extension cables, and a 30ft 50 amp cable for power are all included. I also have a 5th wheel to gooseneck hitch adapter currently on the RV; Any truck with a gooseneck can pull this! This RV has been winterized for the winter months.
