Does it have a clean title?
It does have a clean title as we're the original owners.

How old are the tires?
The two front tires were purchased on 6/24/19. They are 275/70R/22.5 Sailun S637 RIB.
The four rear tires were purchased on 6/29/20. They are 275/70R/22.5 Hercules Strong Guard.

When was the battery replaced?
Chassis batteries (2) replaced 03/2021. House batteries (4) replaced 03/2021.

How many hours are on the generator?
The generator has 700 hrs. It is a 8000 w Oman generator. It was last serviced 04/2021.

Does it have automatic levelers?
It has electric automatic levelers powered when Cummins Diesel engine is running.

Any issues with automatic slides?
No issues. Slides are electric motor powered with the Cummins Diesel engine running.

Does it have a pre or post def engine?
The Diesel engine is pre def and doesn’t use a fuel additive. Diesel fuel purchased at the pumps are now very clean burning.

What’s the roof made of?
Rubber coated surface. It was last serviced (cleaned and resealed) 03/2021.

Has there been any water damage?
There has been no water or vehicle damage.
