Desert Gardens is a 266 site RV Park located in the Sonoran Desert occupied mainly in the winter months by snowbirds. We are a cooperative park and information regarding the purchase of cooperative lots starting at $16,600 may be found on our website. Additional information regarding sites, general pricing, lots sold and a preregistration form for a $1595 offer will be emailed to you. We have outlined the requirements below and if you are interested, please email the completed preregistration form and we will assign your site. If a decision is made to purchase during the $1595 rental of a site, we will apply the unused portion of the rental toward the purchase price. 6 Months - Special offer $1595 (plus tax of $7.98). Two (2) person maximum occupancy. Adults only - one person at least 55 years of age. Price includes the site for your 6 month stay, water, sewer, trash removal, and use of all amenities and facilities during your stay. Site may not be subleased or occupied by anyone other than the originally assigned guest.

Electric is additional (.16 cents Kwh) metered at your site and billed at the end of each month. No generator use allowed.

Available to new customers to our park only.

Only standard sites 40' x 50', 55' x 60', or 60' x 70' are included in this offer. (Deluxe sites not included.)

The reservation must to be any contiguous months, i.e. first night October 1, 2013 last night March 31, 2014, or arrival November 1, 2013 and last night April 30, 2013, with departure May 1, 2014. You may, if you wish, choose to arrive other than the first of any month.

A preregistration is necessary and we will send you a email form for you to complete and return by
email to us. We will assign you a site.

Age of RV: 15 years (1998) or newer. Length 25' or longer in good exterior condition.

Two (2) dogs maximum - none aggressive (Pit Bulls, Doberman, Rotweiller). Indoor cats are also allowed.
No tenting, no truck campers.

A minimum $600 deposit is required. No other discounts apply. All payments must be with US Fund checks, money orders, or cash. No credit or debit cards. The balance is due upon arrival. Refunds of deposits (less $50 cancellation fee) will be given with notice to us given, in writing, 45 days prior to the originally scheduled arrival date.) Email would be fine for this notification.
