We are seeking an on-site 2-person Management team for a 55+ RV Park 
The park is year-round. Looking for applicants seeking a long-term position. 

This is a hands-on position working directly with guests and overseeing daily park operations. The ideal candidate(s) is/are a seasoned hospitality professional with office and maintenance experience, a passion for excellent customer service, and an ability to lead by example. 

The Manager(s) is/are responsible for overseeing daily park operations,
Duties and Responsibilities: Rent Collection and Notifications: Call tenants past due on the 6th day of every month, or the following Monday if the 6th falls on a weekend. Notify the owner of any issues in the park. Post notices as needed. Tenant Management: Manage tenant move-in and move-out processes. rent collection and lease paperwork, Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns promptly. Maintenance and Repairs: Manage any minor maintenance and repair tasks. Keep records of maintenance requests, repairs, and rent collection in tenants files. Report and address any safety hazards. Community Rules Enforcement: Enforce community rules and regulations. landscaping and ground maintenance. Oversee common areas, cleaning pick up trash and debris as needed. Marketing and Leasing: of vacant spaces Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of tenant communication and issues in tenant’s files. Reporting: Provide a weekly report to the owner including a list of new issues in the park. Every week, 
Mindfulness and the Ability provide great customer satisfaction,
marketing and networking, Handle complaints and ensure full compliance of policies and procedures.

Compensation:
Pay Will discuss with the owner. 
A 1-bedroom park model home will be provided. 

Job Type: Full-time on-site
Experience:
Park management: 2 years (Preferred) Previous experience in property management, preferably in an RV park or mobile home park setting. Basic knowledge of management and maintenance tasks and computer skills.
Hospitality: 2 years (Preferred) • Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage tenant relations and enforce community rules. Availability to address tenant concerns outside regular business hours if needed.
Work Location: in Eagar, AZ.
Management software: Training will be provided on how our system for paperwork, billing statements, bank deposits etc., are done
