RV Lot Description
This is a quiet lot on the periphery of the park, backing up to a wooded area. It can hold a large rv (pad is 50 feet long), and you are allowed 2 vehicles, a boat, and golf cart. You can park on the grass if you need to. Two pets are allowed per lot.
This park is open to all ages. There is not an rv age restriction, and any RVIA certified rv is allowed, as long as the plumbing connects to the park's sewage system and the rv is in good shape.
The park is located in the Ocala National Forest on Little Lake Kerr, which is big enough for water skiing, jet skis, pontoon and fishing boats. It is gated and has a community center, a dog park, swimming pools, hot tub, and a boat ramp.
It is located 30 minutes from Palatka and Ocala. There are several state parks, walking trails, and atv trails nearby. You also are within 5 minutes of several local restaurants, small grocery stores, and a Dollar General.
This park has the most beautiful foliage with lots of oaks, and you won’t see a prettier sunset than ours looking out across the lake. The Beautiful Salt Springs Recreational Area is across the street.
The deposit is $200 to hold the lot. The monthly price includes water, sewage, trash, and an electricity credit up to $75/month. There is wi-fi access at the community center. You would need to pay for wi-fi at the lot. Some folks have phone difficulty with ATT, but works well with Verizon, Spectrum, Consumer Cellular, etc.
