We have it configured with a bed on either side, with actual mattresses for comfort, but the original table and convertible couch come with it. The camper has been garaged in the off season, and we have taken good care of it on the road. We are non-smokers and it has been pet-free. The body is 12 ft long, with a 3 ft tongue that includes space for two propane tanks. It is 6.5 feet wide, with a road height of 4.75 feet. Dry weight is 1,342 lb, and dry hitch weight is 150 lb. Gross Vehicle Weight Rating is 2100 lb.
