RV Description

For sale is our 2021 Extreme Outdoors Little Guy Mini Max teardrop travel trailer. We have made a few improvements to the camper since buying it. The first thing we did was order the optional tent room that attaches to the Keder rail on the front side of the camper. This tent more than doubles your available living space while camping. It was made by a company called Pahaque and costs $799 plus sales tax and shipping charges but has proven to be worth every penny we gave for it! We also have what they call the visor that came with the camper when we bought it. Another improvement we did was to replace the nonadjustable water heater thermostat with one that is adjustable. That was necessary because the thermostat that came on the camper allowed the temperature in the water heater to get so hot that it blew the thermal safety device and stopped the operation of the water heater. I also replaced the 19"Jensen 12vdc tv set with a 24"Vizio smart TV. We still have the original TV. Another improvement I did was to add lock hasps to the diamond plate storage box on the front of the camper where the battery and propane bottle is mounted. I then put cables and padlocks on the storage box. We also added a Lagun table mount and nice varnished wooden table on the inside of the camper and we still have the folding table that came with the camper. This camper has the following things that were considered options when it was ordered: 1. The Rough Rider Package (15" Off-road tires and 2.5" axle riser) 2. Roof-mounted 100 watt flexible solar panel. 3. Rear skyview window. We have the stabilizer tow bars that were on the camper when we bought it. We removed them and have had no problems towing it with our 3/4 ton pickup. We will be including several items that did not come with the camper. I will list a few of them: rugs for the floor, portable sewage tank with hoses/fittings, extension cord for camper cord, 50 amp adapter for the camper cord, surge protector for camper cord, dehumidifier, electric heater if you need heat but don't want to use up your propane by running the furnace, and a few kitchen appliances. Cushions I made stay me.Feel free to contact us if I forgot to cover anything. Notice: We will only accept cash or cashiers' check as payment. Thank you.
