Living room is the center point for this unit. 2 sofa sleepers, two reclining theater seats, 55" TV with Digital Antenna, 48" fireplace under the tv with ajustable lighting and gives off heat to warm the room. With cabinet storage above the TV.

Next comes the Kitchen/dinning. 8 cu ft frig with freezer (double doors), 3 burner stove with oven and cover to use as counter space. Lots of storage and a solid surface counter top and large farm sink. Dining has a booth with bench seat on one side and cusioned seat on the other. Storage under the seat as well.

Full bathroom with a 34" corner shower. Linen closet with plenty of storage. bathroom has doors to both hallway and master bedroom. Master bedroom comes with a residential King pillow top mattress (add on) and a built in kennel under the bed. Built in dresser and large capacity wardrobe and additional closet with W/D hookups. Master bedroom has its own slide to give the king size bed complete walk around ability.

The interior will be heated with a 35000 BTU furnace and two zone 15000 BTU AC. There is a thermostat in Master Bedroom and the hallway to cool different areas at different temps. The unit will run on 30 AMP service but will need 50 AMP to run both AC units at the same time.

On the exterior there are 2 outdoor storage areas. Then an oversized 21' awning. there are 2 outdoor speakers that you can run off your phone through stereo/DVD player under TV. The unit has an auto level feature that is all power. 2 power stands and 4 scissor jacks. There are 2 15 lb LP tanks under a cover and a power jack. There is also an add on heavy duty stabilizer anti sway hitch. Gives you a piece of mind going down the road included.

After market additions include; electric griddle, 4 slot toaster, tailgate Weber grill, Anti sway hitch, residential king pillow top matress, hitch on rear bumper, and throw pillows for living room. dump hose, fresh water hose, blk tank flush out hose. Also exit stairs outdoor carpet for rungs.

The unit has 2 gray water tanks (76 gals), 1 blk (38 gal), and 1 fresh (60 gals). Unit is still winterized.

The RV is owned by a retired guy with adult kids and the unit has never been smoked in.
