We purchased this Rockwood 5th wheel 2021 shortly after purchasing a winter home in Florida. In the spring of 2021 we took it out west to visit several of the National Parks (about a 4,500 mile trip). For the remainder of 2021 we took about 6 weekend trips within about a 50 mile radius of our home in Indiana and in again in 2022 and 2023 about 6 weekend trips each year within about a 50 mile radius of our home in Indiana. We are getting older and find we are using it less and less so we feel the time is right for us to sell. The 5th wheel is in excellent shape and all appliances etc. are in working order. It has never been smoked in nor has there been any pets inside. The proceeds from the sale will be used to payoff the existing bank loan.
