We purchased around July of 2022 and lived in it for 8 months. We have had it inspected/serviced many times in the past 2 years and were given positive feedback about the quality.
It was given a little facelift before we moved into it, but the carpets are in need of some love. The previous owners did not take great care of them, but we have deep cleaned them twice before we moved in and after we moved out. We used rugs to cover them up during our stay.

-Retractable awning
The company that sold to us did not tell us about 2 soft spots on 2 corners of the floor in the main bedroom. We did not notice until we lived in it because they are in areas you don't really step on. We did not have any issues with them, but they are there. It is the only damage we ran in to in the time we lived in it. Touch up paint was done in 2024. Great camper!
