RV Description

Since my husband's diagnosis of cancer, we have been forced to reevaluate our lives traveling versus spending time with family, doctor's appointments, and cancer treatment. My husband was a retired military mechanic, thus the maintenance of the coach was first and foremost in our travels. We are non-smokers but did travel with our chihuahua family.
This Tiffin Allegro is a spacious coach with four slide-outs and two ducted air conditioners: a separate freezer, ice maker, stove, and convection microwave. The One Piece Molded Fiberglass Roof Cap is very resistant and in good shape. The Generator is the Onan 7.0kW. Surround Sound System, Subwoofer, Stereo system, DVD Player, Digital TV Antenna, CD Player.
The unit is referred to as the Bunk House Model QBA. The bunkbeds have been used 3 times with our grandchildren. Otherwise, I used the area for storage.

We traveled until November 2023. 2023 brought some additional replacement of two hydraulic cylinders on the living room slide. In 2021, we replaced two of the rear spring levelers. The unit has 6 new tires, battery systems, brakes, bearings, and front hub replaced in 2022. The unit's catalytic converter has been covered for security with a sheet of diamond plate steel, making it's removal of the converter nearly impossible. The interior furniture and flooring need updating. We have several tiles to glue down. The captain's chairs show the typical peeling of the leather. The seal around the bedroom slide has been replaced. The awning on all slides is showing wear. The power awning as well.

The unit is in good condition. It is with regret that I am posting the unit for sale. I am asking for the payoff value of the unit at $61,000. No more, no less as is. I am too short to reach the pedals or we would be traveling, until the end. Which is his desire, but unfortunately life has dealt us a different hand. I have promised my husband we will start looking for something smaller when he finishes treatment.
If you are seriously interested you are welcome to contact us. If you want a simple test drive on a sunny day we will pass. I don't mean to be rude but I think anyone who has been a caregiver will understand. There are certain duties a spouse has to assume in a situation such as this. We will be working with our bank for its sale. Asking Payoff $61,000 as is.
