This trailer has not been used as a travel trailer. 0 miles since October 2022. Family has lived in it full time until April 2024. Everything functions very well. 3 AC units keep it cold in the summer. Furnace keeps it warm in the winter. 10 gallon hot water heater runs on propane or electricity. 3 TV's inside the trailer and 1 on the outside for outdoor parties, all wired for satellite TV. 3 separate awnings for outdoor living. Covered back patio extending from the garage. Minor scratches on the front door and on the living room couch. The garage needs a replacement mattress and TV.
