We purchased it new at Bluegrass RV in Lexington, KY in January 2020. We have all receipts for warranty and other scheduled services. All factory manuals are included, as well.

The bedroom has the King Bed option and includes a new 4" king mattress topper. The MONTANA has the factory wiring for those wishing to go solar. The standard rear rooftop Heat Pump works great on campground power. We rarely used the propane furnace in cold weather camping.

The wheel bearings were re-packed in 2021 and 2023 by Kevin Sanders at RVDone Yet in Louisville, KY. The G rated tires show almost no wear due to the low miles. The tires are warranted until 2025.

The Andersen Ultimate hitch kit and the Power Watchdog 50-amp surge protector will also be available for the MONTANA buyer at a very low cost. There is no laundry appliance as the laundry closet was used for additional storage.
