Extremely well kept. Never a leak. We had an Certified RV Tech re-caulk all windows and doors. He also replaced the rubber seals on the slide. He made sure the roof was in great shape. We installed a better kitchen faucet. The trailer has almost new tires (one trip) including the spare. It comes with a TV on an adjustable arm. Everything works like new. Th trailer comes with tire monitoring system.
