Original owner. This camper is in great shape, used about 12 times kept under cover in the winter. Still has the new fresh smell and has always been put on a trailer to keep pressure off of the jacks. It is a 4 season camper with off grid options. One of the lightest campers that still has everything you need and it can fit a short bed if needed. Has been resealed and should be good for another few years. Not aware of anything that's broken. AC/heat, bathroom, electric jacks. this has been great to be able to take this and still tow my boat and trailers behind it. Wired for solar and tv. Could negotiate for the trailer as well
