I purchased the 311 BHS to live and work in temporarily while I built a new home. My company asked me to move to the area and as you know - the market is crazy. I didn't want to purchase just any home - in return, I bought the 311 BHS because I felt it was the best camper option for someone like myself. I am very maticulous and have taken extreemley good care of the camper. I purchased a separate heat pump for the bedroom. The unit has two air conditioners. Additionally, the pop outs have covers to protect them from exposure and there are jacks to support the pop outs should you decide to leave them out long term. Lastly, the tongue has a stand to support the 5th wheel - this allows for a more stable camper. I have never used the outdoor Kitchen - it is new. Additionally, I have never used the 2nd bathroom in the bunkroom. If you would like to see more details of the 311BHS - just google it. There are so many details - too many to list. And yes - I love my 311BHS.
