2008 Keystone Copper Canyon 5th Wheel camper model 252FWRLS.  Very clean for its age.  We’ve had many years of fun and enjoyment traveling with this  camper. Everything is in good working order. Has warm heat,  Cold A/C and Fridge.  Unit has been kept under roof since we purchased it in 2016. Very low miles on new Goodyear Endurance E rated tires. Brand new queen residential mattress.  The back wall was repaired in 2016 but is very sturdy and dry since being repaired.  Unit has dual 30 lb propane tanks and max air covers on both roof vents.  Dry weight is 7245 lbs , hitch weight is 1255 lbs.  Gray and black water tanks are 30 gallons each. Porcelain foot flush toilet.
